Just finished my LX sedan complete with 308/t350/borg warner set-up. The car looks and goes great but lately I have been contemplating installing a Tunnel Ram complete with a holley 650 carby and shotgun scoop as I like the look of a bit of chrome hanging out the bonnet!
Has anyone else put a similar setup on any of their cars? What are the benefits as well as the drawbacks of such a set-up (besides being cop bait!) Any pics / info would be great
Cheers

think his username is switched on here
tunnel rams will definatly be out the bonnet you could have just a highrise single or dualplane to get your scoop out the bonnet

If I ever get a highrise manifold to suit VN heads then I will be also putting on a shotgun scoop.

If I recall correctly, there was a guy selling highrise manifolds to suit VN heads in street machine. May be worth a look.

Thanks for the tip, I never buy Street Machine these days, figure the money is better spent on my car. Do you happen to know if its in the current Street Machine? If so I will take a look

I was hoping to find a second hand one to suit VN heads

This is the sort of thing I am looking for.
The Torque-Power imho produce more power than the redline and cost $860.00 new plus postage. I am looking for a good quality 2nd hand one for about the $400 mark.
A Harrop would do just as well.
