HQ Stud the same as Chev?

Hey guys, Just want to confirm that HQ and American Chev stud pattern is the same? 4.75" pcd...

Also having a look around on the net for wheels, Im chasing 15x8 for the front.... So far all the sites list wheels 15x8 with 0 offset but then they say the backspacing is 4.5" but wouldnt that make it +/- 12mm offset??

an 8" rim usually measures 9" outside.

So they measure the back spacing from the very edge of the rim and not where the tyre seats? Ahh k makes sense

The flanges on a rim are typically 0.5" so an 8" rim will measure 9" from flange to flange as Terra LX stated.
