I seem to remember that A9X hatchs had a UC rear floor to allow more rubber to fit under the back or was I asleep at the time? (This has nothing to do with my next project..!!..Well...maybe..)

They had the front half of the UC rear floorpan patched in for the different top control arm mounting position. The LX rear half was left as LX, hence the location of the spare tyre.

From the wheel well back to the rear bumper, it was LX floor pan. From the wheel well to the front of the rear seat is UC floor pan. Hope that makes a bit more sense.

Yes. And the part of the floor directly in front of the hump where the top control arms are attached to the floorpan.
