Top stuff, how quick is she?

I've gotta mate whos family is right into these things, have like five between them or something, two of them are the type where you can't close the bonnet coz the engine's too big, hahahaha

My other friend used to race one in Motorkhanas and was the best in his age group/class until he stopped racing.

Car owes him next to nothing,I think the engine came out of Niki 650 that he had previously so it might be a 650cc,not to sure.Obivously it gets a lot of looks,it was pumping out over 14psi which had skyrocketing inlet temperatures (no intercooler) so they put a bigger pulley on it.

Rockon!! It would probably be the best place for one of those little toyota blowers, i'd imagine it would be a fun little ride, The engine is in the rear on those aren't they?...air cooled even??....If so, a pair of air scoops in the rear quarters might give it a mean look and help with the cooling..haha

As they say.......... FIX IT AGAIN TONY (FIAT) hehehe

Hey gtrboyy,
You're very close to my home turf there.
I know Joe as well.
Unfortunately it only runs OK for 1/2 an hour before it gets too hot.
(enough time for a few passes)
But he is innovative and as mentioned the air scoops and intercooler are on the way.
By the way, He is very impressed with my Mini. (non turbo)
John.

That was because it had a smaller pulley, they finally got a bigger pulley to start sorting it out & have run into an oil pressure problem. He wouldnt let me drive incase it felt slow when compared to my gtr lol.Dave the mechanic there is one of my best friends,I drop in sometimes as I work in Darling Harbour & Glebe which is close by.

Bambinos are great little cars and are very veyr reliable. LOve them. but I would prefer the 123 sport or the 124. these where just a little bit more refind and bigger all the way round.. :D Good luck to him, driving something different will always get you looks. :D

Cheers

Same capacity as my lil daily driver! I just had a new clutch put in my cappo (clutch is only a bit bigger than a cd!). Looks good, is it missing the chrome around the back window?

I cant quite remember how light it is,I think the owner said it was 400-500kgs maybe lighter. At the moment it has oil pressure problems but it did go well for a few minutes & then the inlet temp would skyrocket so when it goes back together it will be intercooled & retuned. After looking at the gearbox & driveshafts I dont know how this thing will stay together for long.

I didn't actually keep it but I could've snapped it in my hands I think! Wafer thin and it was down to the rivets! Drag day probably didn't help but at least I got 'some' use out of it there!
