As you guys know i pick up a few cheap parts projects now that ive sold the Sandman its time for this,

collected a twin headlight front,

that Fairmont on trailer is forsale 52,000km $2900 with RWC call me 0429820237
has a 3.55 V8 diff, all bushes replaced and new brakes and springs,

Ive rebuilt a 4 speed i had colected years ago, freshined up the linkages
cable clutch ,

I rebuilt a 253 with mild cam and ceramic coated extractors, std manifold and carby,
im going for the stock look, gunna try to get missus into cars with me, this is for her,
will have to hve power steer, and A/C

Spose its a premier now its got a twin light front.
Are you going to fit GTS gaurds? shell looks solid, should look great when finshed

The Fairmont has ruined your thread i am afraid. But good job on trying to get rid of it.

Fairmont sold, 2900 had it on the side of road for 1.5 days , it seems "Roadwothy" makes all the difference,

went to wreckers yesterday to see what Torana/Kingwood parts he had, very disappionted
he had 1 half of a HQ wagon ....thats all, i told him i had 2xWB 3xHJ 2xHQ 1xHZ and 1xLX he want to buy the lot,sorry buddy.

original colours are the go.they had a great range of metalics for those years. green, lite an dark ,....gold, or maybe a nice purple for your lady? opaline or papaya ,mandarin red. mint julep in your solid colours?:dontknow:

Got engine/gbox fitted,
but thats all, spent all these days off on mates commodere mud buggy, fittted 450hp 350 chev, tested it for 4 hrs (for warrenty)
then it melted front tranny seal, removed engine done seal, refitted eng, ready for Roma QLD titles this weekend,

that motor is done so well it almost looks like a model engine,.will look smick when opening bonnet i have a twin headlight front but decided to go single with mine,
next dillemma is do i put the monaro guards on or keep them for my tunner project i keep not touching,bloody lazy lol.
maybe i should get rid of tunner and spend a little extra on the sedan.

used a WB radiator,made mounts for it shourd works fine,

need to remove radaitor support panel and fix the rust in the bottom of it,even my spare one has same rust,
