I am just curious as to how many genuine XU-1s are still out there or in reality how many are left...ones that haven't been wrapped around a tree!!!!

If everyone that had one joined a Torana car club then we would be well on the way to knowing the answer. Just one more reason why enthusiasts should support the clubs.

I think GTRXU1 was more interested in knowing who has one on this site!

I wonder if we could get a poll going on here where we can atleast get some numbers and colours.

Well, Holden made around 3300, and I'd reckon there'd only be around 10,000 left these days

Can one of the Mods please create a thread so we can attempt to try to add as many Xu1's as we can ?

I'm not keen on posting particular numbers but am open to colours, build dates etc

i have heard through the one of the xu1 clubs that approx 800 xu,1,s
are left ..... however no one would really know as there are ones hiding in sheds and farms , some gone overseas , i am also told only 31 bathurst 73 xu1,s left that are accounted for by the clubs .....

this could be grapeline talk so it is speculation only

it would be interesting to find out if those who have microfishes document the verifications and record them ..
