A 3 leg puller, ground down heels on the feet, some inch wide, 2mm flat bar lengths and some bolts will make a puller decent enough to get bearing off.
Foot length of cold drawn seamless cage offcut and hardwood for the.other end to knock.bearings in square.
Other than that,, good circlip pliers are a must and a big bench plus help of a second person.
