Howdy,

If any QLD'ers are heading down to Tfest and would like to travel in a group we are meeting at the Shell\Hungry Jacks Mudgeraba (Exit 79 on the M1 Southbound)on Friday morning at 5am for a 5:30am departure.

We will be stopping for fuel at Coffs, Lunch at Kempsey and then somewhere else in between for another fuel stop.

With about 15 cars in our group so far it is going to be an awesome drive.

Offer is open to anyone else who would like to meet up along the way.

Let me know if you will be joining so I can keep an eye out for you.

Will do mate. I picked them up last night and had to lay the front seat back to fit in the LH. Dunno why a Torana club would buy equipment that doesnt fit into a Torana but hey, wasnt my doing

I think we will strap them onto the tow truck initially and if needed transfer them into your ute at the servo. Will see how it goes. Might have a couple of collapsible camp chairs you could help me out with though. Poor hatch drivers dont seem to have as much room as the sedan folk

Good to see your coming Paul! You'll have a great time.
Looks like I'll have to step up & represent the white hatch brigade from Qld! ha ha! If you have a project photo album of your car, bring that with you. I'm sure there will be a lot of interest.
Oh! & don't forget the camera with plenty of memory stick!
Now I am excited!!!

I have my XOOM with internet access with me, I can also store photos on it and access photo bucket. So hopefully I have it covered :-)

Now Im excited !! Before I was apprehensive and just a touch nervous. Havnt had much sleep these last few nights but at least I now have a Torana that runs and doesnt drink oil like I drink XXXXX.

The car is all packed with half my sheds worth of spares and tools. I havnt given it a wash but thats what Saturday morning is for.

Looking forward to spending the weekend you fellas and fellaettes.
