Does anyone know if these are still available new, either from Holden or aftermarket?

If 5/8th is the standard rotor size, yes they are available aftermarket only. Mine were a few thou undersize when I got my car roadworthied in Vic. I shopped around and the cheapest was $218.20 from my local parts place.

The rotor is DBA004
Also available in other Chinese import brands
The industry # is 004 so won't be hard to find.

DBA also imports discs.
The A9X front are imported by DBA. (DBA 014 I think).
So I think you will find most of the old Holden stuff they do not manufacture local.
My advice is to shop around and compare quality and price.
