I've seen recommendations for custom extractors on this site before. I have searched, but I can't seem to find the links.
Who does good work? Can you please give me some suggestions.

micka t exhuast fix did my exhuast and up until i smashed the muffler on a speed bump it sounded pretty bloody good he also did a mates extractors custom 4 into ones flanged so they can be fitted with engine in place

Recommend going with a sleeved/flanged solution so that pipes can be removed with engine in car.
