Hi all

Can anyone recommend a chromer in Perth please?

Need some bumpers and door handles done. Is the price of re-chroming as expensive as new bumpers?

Cheers

K+D Metal Finishing on Austin Ave in Maddington has done alot for me... you can tell him how good you want it and if you want it perfect he will spent more time on it (more so for small parts with hard to reach corners to polish in etc) and he is well priced.

the largest he can fit is LC/LJ bumpers tho, his tank is not big enough for LH-UC, but looks like your car is a LC?

Also heard good things about Vinci Chrome in Malaga but abit more expensive?

All chrome platers have something wrong in their heads
Its the chemicals they live with every day

Kerry at K+D used to be my choice
I haven't used him in years though

Vinci does a top job

Awesome.. thanks for the info.. I will chase up tomorrow..

Datto, you said K&D used to be.. have you used both? If so, your recommendation would be? What about price?

Viper, thanks, good to know you were happy with the job.

Cheers

I've used Vinci chrome several times and does a good job. He gives discounts to members of 'The Combined Torana Club' too.

Having seen so many poor chroming attempts and hearing so many people being disappointed with the outcomes, I sent my bumpers to SA.
A Class Metal Finishers did the work and honestly I doubt you would find anyone local to finish to such a high standard for a comparable price.

Kerry at KD did all my stuff this year and it's all excellent.

He did bumpers, wing mirror stalks, 1/4 window pivots and bolts etc
