Any Way the big girl is in the middle of getting a lot of loving as Im driving her back down to VIC prior to XMAS. So the plan was install an A/C system, clean the interior abit and put some more underlay in to try to quiet it down. Well one thing led to another and I decided I would rewire all my accessories while I was at............
Here is the dash area after cleaning the firewall and stripping the Jesus bar of its rust and painting
This is an example of the dust the results from no pollen filter and perished foam seals. The whole under dash area was like the heater box!
And here is post cleaning and with new seals fitted.

Lucky I had the usual support from my projects team member... it was hot and he was ohhh so tired..
he has a bit of a habit of falling asleep when there's work to be done..... 10 months earlier
