I have bought another business to compliment my existing operation.
might be of interest to SA members
for last 11 yrs I have been paying other people to service and maintain my work vehicles and do gas conversions/tuning/repairs
so I now have a mechanical and LPG conversion business and workshop, can do it all in house now
take over on 1st Jan 2012, open for business on 9th.
will be a bit different as we will be offering week end servicing and repairs,
also are mechanics are old school (old) and appreciate earlier models
so Toranas, Holdens even old Fords, Valiants or Morris Minors are welcome and will be worked on by people who care about the old stuff and know what they are doing
one of my drivers is a bit synical and says I only bought the business because it had a hoist and I could put my Toranas on it, will be handy.

the new workshop is located in Mt Barker
I have a lot of stuff to move and set up in next couple of weeks

Will you be looking into performance gas in jection systems for grunty cars ?
Might be something worth looking at for performance people

all vehicles post 6/2003 must be vapour injected in SA so we do that,
also there is a liquid injection system available with much better power and economy results,
my gas guy put one of these on a WRX which was interesting but haven't looked at pure performance application.
our prices will be very competitive as it is not our core business hence the push to older cars and out of hours work
we have mechanics that work else where and looking for bit extra with some interest
this will change if we create another monster like our current one
