Hi all
just trying to get an idea of diffrant vacum setups people are using on
202 turbo.
i have twin stromberg (cd 175), garret t04 and manifolds are strata 3.
its in a lj so will need a vacum line for the xu1 brake booster and a small dizzy one to.
its got a connection on each end of inlet manifold and one in the side of waste gate.
will need to put a boost gauge some where to.
its also got two spots i could use on the carby side of turbo (adapt for carbbies).
any help/advice would be great
cheers peter

Anywhere after the turbo for all the above.
You wont be using the brakes wilst on boost, and the booster has a one way valve. The dizzy module cant see boost, it cant move in that direction, and your boost vac guage can go in the same spot.
The first two may work before the turbo after the carbs, but im unsure how the extra vac caused by the turbo sucking would affect things
Cheers.

The original garret kits had the brake vacuum tapped into the carb manifold between the carbs and the turbo.. I would not even think about placing it after the turbo......
