Hi Sainters
Those colours that you mention are by no means the rarest. The rarest colours from the GTR and XU-1 data that I have collected over the past 5 or so years are:
Russett
Spartacus Blue
Wedgewood
Warrigul Black
Covert Beige
Balmoral Green
Brooklands Blue
It could be argued that these colours are rare because they were unpopular with GTR/XU-1 purchasers. These colours may be more common in the S and SL range.
Cheers

Holden does not know the Colours on the LC-LJ Torana range, there warranty records, did not show the colours, a shame, as it would of helped in my research
GMH/Holden don't have it but the build records do exist.

Well Bazza I have it on good authority that you know better than most what Brooklands Blue looks like...................
I have seen photos of a beautifully restored Wedgewood LJ XU1 which is the 1 and only I have ever seen
Warrigul Black has been used by many a promoter for marketing purposes but can't say that I have seen photos of the other mentioned
Some photos posted would be great if anyone has any on hand
cheers
