Did you consider running alloy tube, nuts and flairs to an fittings on your flexible line??

Much cheaper...

As far as size goes, 3/8 should be fine, 1/2 wouldnt be oversized though i recon.

Cheers.

it looks like it comes in a roll is that right ?

thanks fellows I just picked up the aeroflow catalogue today and this stuff is in it
double d the line is annealed wich means it can be worked
will be getting a price from a shop here see if its worth while bringing it in from the states
like just about everything I have brought especially chev parts its much cheaper even after postage to buy it from there

the original plan was hilborn injection hence the efi pump but that deal fell through so I brought an 850 ultra hp
any one recomend a pump ?would prefer mech as its easier

I run aeromotive braid and fittings in my car. The fuel line just comes in a roll and you can straighten and mold it where you want under the car. A single 044 might be at the en of it tether in a setup like that especially if you want to do more work later or run other fuels. I'd recommend 1/2 inch.

Use plenty of rubber lined "P" clips to mount it. If you let it vibrate it'll eventually crack near the fittings. And obviously you'll need a flexible connection at the engine end.

ok thanks fellows
I just found out aeromotive do a bypass regulator that I can use with the bosch 044 pump well they say any efi style pump to use in carb application.
will be going with that and I would say the hard line anyone put 1/2 line in there torana I m worried about limited space its got a t400 in and 4 into 1 extractors are going to be made and fitted so space will be limited.

I run 3/8 line, not too much smaller, I just run it along the stock return line with a few of the sharp turns smoothed out, I have a t700 and extractors aswell so also limited room
