blue is better than red in stock form, red yt flows a little more than a stock blue.

I have some flow figures for a sdt (reconditioned ) red head and a YT33c56 alloy blue head.
Hope this helps. tested at 10" as indicated . To convert to 28 multiply 10" figure by 1.67

So would that be 136cfm@28 for the YT head at 5.22" lift?

What is the standard intake and exhaust valve sizes on a 202 12 port blue head?
Intake 1.603".
Exhaust 1.408"
