i rather like the shaker design as opposed to tacking a scoop on to feed cold air to the carb.
i know it goes against the grain but look at all the 9" ers doing such a good job.
im open to any and all suggestions.

comments, sorry but yuck. I know a guy here at work who has an LH with one, and I remember a silver one in a magazine a few years ago with one. Not my choice, it's a matter of personal choice. I'll see if I can find the mag tonight

I have only seen one good one. It was a LX 5000 Mandarin Red with Ford 12 slotter wheels and the shaker.

That doesn't look too bad, maybe a SL/R body kit would complete the look

I think shakers look awesome, but they belong on a XY. Ive seen a few on Toranas and they just dont look right.

Sounds like someone wanted a GT but could only afford an LX.

There was an LX Hatch in a Torana mag back in the 90's, it had A9X flares, VK Spoiler and a Shaker. that looked pretty good.

What? The scoop on the one slr5640 posted looks good!
It needed tidying up and better paint job (no offense) to match it all up.
It just reminds me of a sunken (i.e. sitting flush) small hornet scoop.

It suits the lines of an unflared torry - Just not that colour scheme.
