Commo oe aftermarket BCM to Control dome delay, power windows delay, twin thermo's

Have to do a full rewire of the LC and was thinking of using a bombodore BCM to contol the following:
- Interior dome light delay for 30 seconds after a door is opened
- delay switching off power to electric windows for 1 minute after the ignition is switched off
- Auto up and down for electric windows if held for 2 seconds
- Auto switch off headlights after the ignition is switched and the drivers door closes
- twin thermo fan control (prefer 2 temp set points)

Can i easily get most of this functionality from a commo BCM, whithout having to reprogram ecu for VATS or similar? I have an auto VR BCM/ECU at home so would like to use this if possible???

Other option is to buy something like this

I'm running a 350 and TH400 so wouldn't need any of the related engine management stuff. Any ideas would be appreciated.
