I replied with a wistful " Yeah.....*sigh*...it is". I nearly choked on my beer when her next words were "We should go along, looks like a great event".
Not that I was ever in any doubt, but I am definitely marrying the right girl
So yeah, chances are I will run into ya man.

Friday is a great day to see all the cars arrive & cruise around. If your keen to do the boys thing & grab a counter lunch with a beer or two & hang out. Let me know. Be good to catch up a few Torana boys.

and what's blown me away is that no one seems to be phased taking their pride and joy out in the rain.
I remember a long time ago we had similar turnouts here in s.a but thanks to our nazi govt everyone keeps them locked away in the shed,
Will be moving to qld towards the end of the year, should be awesome to get amongst the car scene again.
Cheers

I headed down to cooly friday morning and drove past a blown 56, the blower sounded the part at about 100k/h, was singing like an opera singer, pretty cool.
Cheers.

Thanks for the great photos that gold monaro does look sweet.
I remember driving past that red 3 window with the side pipes one day when i was over there on my round oz trip .
It had a couple of "straws" straight out the back then when you come up next to it you see the FAT PIPES awsome car.
