Could be wrong as others here have much more knowledge and experience than me BUT I would say its LH SLR.

I would say early LH SLR, going by the MPH markings on the speedo

I think they changed at the end of 74 or early 75, with the BLH chassis number change, I think.
so your car would have the ALH chassis number?

White needles LH. Yellow LX. Does anyone know if the early LH has the same assembly without the k/ph insert?

very early LH had MPH and KPH, later ones just had KPH.

Ive had a few of both, the latest MPH/KPH 1 ive seen was dated 6/74
