HELP - Looking for Torana for Grooms Wedding Car

Hi All,

I am new to the site, so wasnt sure where to post this. I am getting married in September this year and we are having Old School Mercedes as the wedding cars. However i was wanting a little surprise for the groom and his groomsmen.

Soon to be hubby has a Torana that was sadly put on hold a few years ago when we purchased our first home, and unfortunetly hasn't been touched since. So i was wanting to give him a little suprise on our wedding day!

I was looking at getting a Torana to pick him and his 2 groomsmen up, take them for a little spin and drop them off at the ceremony. Would be an hour TOPS!

The only catch is that we are getting married in Toowoomba and our wedding date is the same date as Powercruise at Willowbank, so therefore the few people that i knew with Toranas that would be able to help, are all out as they will be attending Powercruise. And Toowoomba being a smaller town, has no car hire places that i know of that offer Torana's.

So basically i am looking for someone in the Toowoomba area that has a torana that would be able to help me out. (or if you know someone) I am willing to pay for fuel (if close to the area) and a bottle of grog.

Please share this post with anyone that you know who may be able to help. I am now desperate.

Hi i would help u out but my car is only a 2 seater now ,so i can't help with all 3 of them but i can with 1.

dave if you take one bloke ,MAYBE ,i can take the other two????? then he ll have a choice of which model he would like to ride in?? guess it depends on fuel and what we can work out. kate you could pm me if you want .regards b .

What date in Sep is that, I am fairly local (Lockyer Valley) but already have some comitment in Sep - Torana Fest for 1. But will help if I can.
