VN rear discs/calipers to LX axle tube

Hi, Can one remove the rear rotors and calipers and mounting plate from a VN V8 diff and fit them to a LX Torana diff tube?

The bolt pattern is the same
But its not a simple bolt on as such

Many many threads......
Bearings are different
Handbrake cables need to be modified /changed
Stud pattern is wrong
Master cylinder needs mods
Prop valve becomes a potential issue
Clearnace to shocks can be an issue if non standard diff
etc etc
