I went to the old Firth workshops about 15 years ago, but I haven't checked out the ones used after that.

I have heaps from before Tate sold the old Firth HDT premises back in 1998 when he was restoring the 73 XU1.

My pics were taken in 1972, the outside pic is the boys loaded up and about to head off to Bathurst for the 1972 race weekend, great pic, the others pics are taken just after the bathurst weekend in Harry's HDT Workshop
Old School........ has the photo's........New School.......has google maps.......LOL

its 33-35, now a sort of a purple colour. From the train you can still see a large painted Ford logo and "we service Ford" as a legacy of Harry's involvement with Ford before HDT.What number in Queens avenue was the old HDT workshop, I can pop past tomorrow, I only work down the road from it.
