What does a LH 1975 SLR Contessa gold Torana look like inside and out ?

Hay people just woundering does anyone know what a contessa gold 1975 slr torana looks like inside and out i was hoping sumone would have sum pics because i have look every where paint number 567-15942 Trim 1896-64v Cheers chris

I have a 7/75 SL/R 5000.

Contessa Gold, Gazzelle Interior and Raydo Cloth Inserts..

Very nice its a credit to you.

I have found a condessa gold SLR5000 tucked away in a shed by the original owner and would've been lucky to have done 5000kms in the last 20years. He wants to sell it to me but his son(not a enthusiast) wants to leave it sit as he believes his young son might want it down the track.
It had a different trim in it to yours, cloth inserts that apparently are unavailable as a repoduction.
I will keep trying to purchase

Very nice car indeed. Just how I like them too :-) I had one too but was painted Aquamarine. It now belongs to a fellow forum member.

My LH has round lights fitted, but is an LH 12/74. Not as flash as some, but is Contessa gold .
Insides are not original SL except the dash, and even that is LX with the yellow needles.

My first Torana was a Contessa Gold 1977 LX, which is the main reason I bought the 5000 - fond memories of my youth.

There was a contessa gold SL/R 5000 that lived near her a few years ago, an auto like mine. However its trim was far out! It had the brown vinyl, but the inserts were a goldy green tartan. Boy did it stand out.

nice torana slr apl ive been trying to find the 1896 64v trim yours have the cloth inserts im pritty sure the v only means vinyl ??? and did the slr only come out with the cloth inserts ??? cheers

Well the main indicator is on the Body tag. If the code next to ENG is L31, then it indicates that it is the 5.0 litre and an SL/R 5000
