part of primming is rust prevention. at all stages use miminum quallity products you can afford. these products should have instructions and guide lines to follow.
you are vaigue on the types of products used but if you are using oil based rust proof this will need cleaning from areas needing paint.

when it comes to fisholene is it best to leave to last when everything been painted. ive painted with under side inside with rustproofing
