It appears that these indicator switches are available both from Betta Auto Rubber ($210) and Rare Spares ($145). Is one better quality than the other? Are the Rare Spares ones reliable?

Surely someone must have bought have bought a new indicator switch for their LC from either one of these vendors???
The customer service at Rare Spares at Prospect NSW is pretty crap so I am leaning towards Betta Auto. I just want to make an informed decision....

Looking at the pics on both suppliers sites I'd say the Rares one looks better if the pic is truly representative of the product you will be supplied.
I did see the HK/T/G LC indicator switches at Rares Virginia last year and can say that at that time the switch assy looked just like the one on the Betta site.
It was all white plastic and had the separate wires taped together and a had a bearing that was different from the original type.
However the one depicted on the Rares online shop has a black plastic body (which I assume is made of a better/stronger plastic), has the ribbon type wiring loom and now boasts an original type bearing (that actually looks like an original bearing).
Wouldn't surprise me though if these switches are all made in the same factory, from the same tooling.
Maybe talk to Tony or Andrew at Rares Virginia on (07) 3216 2600, you will be happy with the service.
