Clutch shudder.
A number of things can cause a shudder. Primarily oil or grease contamination of the clutch plate linings or a faulty clutch plate.
Heat hardened spots (burnishing) on the flywheel face and or a faulty pressure plate can also be causes.
Other things to look for are faulty engine and/or rear gearbox mountings or rear suspension bushes.
I'm sure there are other factors that other wise people will add to the list.

Crown wheel and pinion ?

If you give it some herbs in reverse, clutch in and pop it in neutral, letting it roll.
Does it still vibrate ?

I had fly wheel machined, new clutch plate, pressure plate, thurst bearing, gearbox and engine mounting new and rear bushes replaced at moment i dont see any oil between engine and gearbox...

I have used second diff and still same problem....

May not be oil, too much grease in the spigot bearing and/or on the input shaft splines can flick out and contaminate the clutch plate.

I'm sure I remember someone else posting in another thread on the same subject that improper bedding in of a new clutch can cause chatter marks on the flywheel face which then results in clutch shudder. :dontknow:

Strange how some times these things only happen in reverse gear and don't show up in the forward gears until the problem or damage becomes much worse.

Good luck tracking it down.
Cheers
Dave.

i guess it's time to pull the box and inspect it....
seems you've narrowed it down to that one component

Checked your suspension bushes? In reverse the diff goes nose down and if the bushes are bad and there is more movement than normal the u-joint angle can cause roughness in reverse.

Even with new bushes the pinion angle coudl be way off and worse in reverse, is the car lowered? Stock gearbox location, etc?

Cheers.

If the vibration is there while the clutch is being engaged then Id agree with some type of problem there, however, if the vibration is there when the clutch is fully engaged(foot off the clutch pedal) and you are sure there is no slipping then id suspect something else.

The drive forces on all the rear end drive train are reversed when the tailshaft spins in the opposite direction, Old Johnno's suggestions are good.

Check the right front engine mount, lift the bonnet let the clutch out and see if the engine lifts up on the right when you try and take off.

Yes Johnnos suggestions are good, i can not say anything about slipping in reverse it just shakes, i have to take my time reversing adjusting clutch ledal with foot and light throtle...driving forward through all 4 gears no ptoblems and nooooo slipping even if you drop clutch....

^^^ Sounds a lot like a clutch plate and/or pressure plate problem to me.
