Just a quick story on the service my mate received on a cam package through this company.

My friend took his VY ute in for a cam, re-tune and hi-stall the other day.
When it came back we noticed that it started to leak trans fluid from the top oil cooler fitting in the radiator. Also, coolant was leaking everywhere.
We unscrewed the the trans cooler to find that it had been cross threaded and destroyed 3/4 of the aluminium threads.
He rang them up and they had the nerve to tell him that they don't remove the radiator so not there problem. He called their bluff and insisted they take the car back and fix it.
Then they called back to say all done, it only needed a new o-ring and the thread is fine. And the coolant is from the water pump (which must be frocked) because they don't touch that for a cam change.
Do these guys think he's an idiot ! The saga will continue.

Normally I wouldn't bother writing about poor service, but the nerve of these guys to think all their clients are idiots and treat them this way !
Be warned, my opinion of this company is that they are dodgy and rude - Stay away !!!!!!
