I'm sure that there have been plenty of threads on the differences that people have spotted between LH and LX bodies in the past. Recently i remembered that i have some paperwork sent to Allan Grice in the A9X days, and in that lot was a letter describing changes to the LX body from those shown on the homologation description at CAMS. CAMS must have been querying the weight of the toranas at Sandown. Unfortunately i didn't receive the sketch listed on the bottom of page 1 that was to show the sedan rear guard cut-out. Enjoy

See the second letter is addressed to Joe Felice - great bloke and has many great stories from those days. Pretty easy to get him talking on the subject.....much harder to get him to stop, but that's just a bonus for us Torana fans!
