Finally starting on the old Beige bandit, after lugging it from NSW to Townsville and back to NSW. its moved house about 4 times.  I haven't had the room to do anything with it, but i now have a bit more room(still bugger all!) so i have started to get into it.

Its not in too bad shape, the body is pretty straight with the usual rust but the floors are cactus from years of leaking windows and vinyl floor mat

the car wont be registered, 6cyl with 4/71 and hilborn injection, a 4 speed of some description and hilux rear end(about the only thing i did to the car while it was in Townsville)

not long after its arrival in Townsville

have started stripping back the doors and guards. nothing too exciting so far

nothing huge to update, stripped the rear quarter, nice to find nothing nasty lurking underneath. a little bit of bog just under the rear bumper from a rear beaver repair( i have a nos rear beaver for it) and have the front end off the stands so i can roll the car.

using commodore wheels on the hq discs just to roll the car the few meters it needs to roll to get around it because i dont have any hq pattern wheels yet
