Same as LJ, I would reckon.
The top piece where the key goes in prises off then you can undo the nut. It's an internal nut, you'll see what I mean when you get the top off.

There is a link to another site that details this, but it isn't really hard. To make the job easier it's better to remove the glove box lid from the car. Manually place the latch in the closed position, then looking on the rear face of the lid on the left side of the latch, you'll see a small access hole with a small tab. Place a tooth pick or very small flat blade screw driver in the hole to press the tab in slightly while gently prying the lock cylinder away from lid. Another tab will appear & you'll have to press it in gently too while continuing to pry the lock out, You'll have to repeat this procedure again at least twice before the lock cylinder should come out of the housing. With the lock cylinder removed, you'll notice the small tabs are actually coded wafers for the key & there will be a internal diameter hex shaped nut that screws into the housing. Undo this & the lock housing will come away from the lid. Installation is reverse but pay attention to ensuring the lock cylinder wafers are depressed before trying to push the cylinder into the housing otherwise they will jam inside & destroy the lock cylinder. I tried to take pics but they came out all blurry, hope this helps.
