That's actually untrue. K-Mac is ahead of the times with modern cars, other makers are trying to copy their camber and caster kits. Commodores, particularly, benefit by using the K-Mac camber, caster and toe adjusters and their strut tops.

But the sway bar business has dropped off, I think, and some of the latter-day hand-made bars have gone out the door with some problems.

Their springs, on the other hand, are first class. They don't have a set range like King Springs etc, but they make them to suit your needs, they make progressive springs as well. They also reset springs, but if you want quality go for their new springs and order them to suit the height you want the car.

If you want a sway bar, the best advice I can give on that is order it to be fitted, if they have to fit it then it will be right from the get go.

Sorry, but I disagree....after seeing the "workmanship" on my front and rear adjustable sway bars...I wouldn't let anything touch my car who had worked on them.

Slightly off topic Jeff, but do you remember what size rod ends you used for the sway bar links you made? After reading all the bad reports on their workmanship, I'm going to get my own bars bent up & was looking at using 1/2" rod ends to connect it with. Thanks, Sam

I used 3/8 rod ends...  I had thought about 1/2" ones, but the good quality 3/8" should do the trick I think. (Have so far just with normal street use so far)

If I knew what I know now, after having got the bars here, I probably would have just made something custom up from scratch I think as well. (Or gone to someplace local like Hotchkis and see about them making something up for it..)

I had a K-mac system fitted but this is going back to the 80's. Lowered springs and anti-sway bars front & rear.

There was a good improvement from the stock set up but I can't say how they compare to others.

I was wondering if 1/2" was overkill.

And yeah, after reading about everyone's issues with quality and fit, not to mention the cost, I thought it would be better to get custom bars bent up locally.

Thanks for your help, Sam.
