What oil to use for my rebuilt mild 186

What is the best oil to use for my rebuilt mild 186 i have been using penrite HPR15 15W60 my mate uses

I would use NEW oil , not 2nd hand -      That Penrite is a good choice ,   dunp the oil after the first 10- 30 minutes of running ,  and filter

you could use a cheaper oil for that process
