Hey Guys, Can anyone tell me what the factory Camber and Castor settings were for a Genuine LJ GTR XU1 and the number of shims as well as the thickness of the shims used on the front bolts and rear bolts of the upper control arm.

Although I thought This varied from car to car???

Cheers

Les

i don't know what the exact specs are but the bathurst version had the mounting for the upper control are lower than standard ie there are two sets of holes drilled into the crossmember for mounting
as for the shims it's however many shims are needed to get the wheelalignment in spec and that will vary from car 2 car

cheers tom :spoton:

Totally dictated by what your front alignment requirements are and car to car...the stock setting on the first lj were crap...LC Bathurst in Dealer Releases were for Sept 1970 XU1
Camber 1 1/4 degrees negative
Castor 3.5 degrees positive
Toe in, 1/16 to 1/8 inch
