lj camber castor?

i am getting my j a wheel alignment on saturday, any suggestions on what camber/castor settings i should get done,

i have a problem with my lj being to low, when i have the wheels turned and hit a decent sized bump my wheel hit's the guard, any help would be great, ( not really worryed about the tyres as i have a few set's of 205/60/13 which is the tyre i have on the front.

the car has brand new lowered springs and shocks,

i have just finished the car after a 1 + years build up that why i have oney come across this prob now.
