These were fitted standard to the 73 Bathurst model Xu1's but will be hard to find any these days. However you must be able to get them made as my car has a fine spline lsd banjo, but when I had it rebuilt the diff guy told me they weren't oringal axles.

I have heard that Chrysler Centura axles also fit and are super strong. These also seem to be very difficult to find. I think some Group Nc guys use them.

Not sure if anyone can verify this but i would be keen to know as I am in the slow process of converting my LJ to a track car and want to keep it to Nc specs.

Thanks

Dave

Champion! Thanks Dave.

My bro has a Gemini Wagon tucked away for when he has time/money to restore. Looks like it will be missing some axles when he next checks on it. Haha

Cheers

Still going to be the wrong stud pattern though

Post #10 from the linked thread.

The Gemini axle can have the stud holes welded, then re drilled to suit the Torana stud pattern, fit a Torana bearing. From memory I think a spacer is required behind the brake backing as the Gem axle is a couple of mm longer from the bearing to the flange, it's been a long time since I removed the banjo diff. The axle's from the station wagon are the better ones.

Is there also anyone in WA to machine some billet ones?
