Help With Tuning - Blue Mountains, NSW

Hey guys,

I was wondering if any body knew any places around the Blue Mountains / Penrith area of NSW that is decent with tuning up motors.
My cousin has an LC with a 173 in it and it runs really rough. I think it would benefit from a good tune. I dont have the know-how to help him, and the last guy he took it too was a shocker! (Went to get the choke cable adjusted... The car came back with cable-ties instead of a choke cable) That bloke also apparently did a tune up of the carby, but I know the difference between tuned and not, and this one is definately NOT.

If you know anywhere that you could recomend, that would be great.
