Hey all can someone tell if its ok to use a ICE 8200 Series dizzy with MSD coil and MDS 6AL Ignition control on my 202? My Bosch HEI dizzy is stuffed..

As Bomber said, all good.
ICE and MSD both use halls effect triggers to run their units.
If you want to run the ICE dizzy with the MSD 6AL, you will need to change the plug on the dizzy to match (easy done).
As mentioned above, if you can find a MSD pro billet to fit, go that way as an easier option.

From memory my old 308 MSD dizzy was actually a reluctor/magnetic trigger dizzy which gives out a Sine wave (Id have to go out to the shed to double check)
The ICE is indeed has a hall sensor, Apparently some Hall sensors will work with the 6AL, this was taking from their website:
Ordinarily, the hall effect trigger would work when coupling that with the MSD 6 series ignition. What we have to look at is the output from that Hall Effect trigger being compatible with the input required to trigger the MSD ignition.
What the output signal from the Hall Effect needs to be to trigger the MSD ignition is a POSITIVE square wave with a 20° duty cycle at battery amplitude.
If that signal is opposite of what the MSD needs to see you will have to figure out a way to invert that signal in order for the signal to comply with what the MSD wants to see.
Im not sure if the Ice sensor is a positive or negative wave tho sorry... But id just try it out...

With such a basic box i cant see why you would need much more.
Cheers.

Correct, the MSD ones are reluctor pickup and connect to the green/purple (I think?) input on the 6AL. However you should simply be able to switch to the white points pickup wire instead for hall effect input. From memory my old 308 MSD dizzy was actually a reluctor/magnetic trigger
In terms of being positive or negative for a magnetic pickup, just reverse the wires if its wrong. Hall effect sensors in automotive applications seem to be pretty well all the same?
