Okay, I have an LJ 4 door, she has been up on stands for the last month, when I parked her up there was nothing wrong electrically. I have since replaced the rear brake drums, shoes and hand brake cables. I had the seats out as well. I have put everything back. Looks awesome. BUT, now when I turn on the ignition the fuse blows. What does that circuit run?? The battery has 12 volts. The battery was disconnected while I was working on the car.

Keep blowing 15amp tell tale fuse.

Check all the wires at the battery for starters.
Make sure that any extra wires particularly alternator related got connected to the right terminals

Update, the previous owner had put a circuit in for a fuel solenoid, a wire was pinched and shorting out, and the switch itself was dodgy. Replaced the switch, relocated it and replaced the wiring. All sorted.
