Hey Guys, I trying to get true, positive information on the XU1 series motor. True in depth info, which is accurate. For the LC and LJ XU1 motor, I under stand what cams was used . What  I'm after is all aspects of the engine .Any info on Factory cylinder head flow rates, valve spring pressure, conrod and piston weights, what type of lifter was used ie bleed down rate. If I've over look any of this info on this forum please just point me right direction. Many thanks all, Just thought it would be interesting.

Hi John,
As a start read the books Grant has mentioned above and other documents relating to XU1'S, You will discover a very interesting story of the constantly evolving development of these engines over there life. There are as many myths as there are facts you just need to sort one from the other. Enjoy the journey.
