most good speed shops (esp turbo ones) sell silicon colored hoses in popular colors inc red and blue. Havent seen green tho.
you can also get a braid cover as wall but they arn't as good a finish.

I have seen plenty of the chrome braided covers & hoses, but i want something else.

the ones in pic look like 'fabric braid', I havent seen this b4. The only silicone ones i have come accross r not fabric covered.

Help

If you are cashed up look at Earls.....But you say you don't want the chrome look...

I guess that leaves Silicone hoses but I thought the colours were limited.

Here in Canberra the Bates Team Rally workshop does the Earls looking ones but I have no idea at what cost. I have yet to talk to them.

You used by able to buy Nylabraid slide on hose coverings. I dont whether they are still available nor whether they came in a range of colours.

yeah i think they are the slip on cover types and as i said they look good new but move around easy and crease sometimes etc etc and end up usually untidy.
better to go with proper braid or colored silicon.

"Flex Sleeving" or "Cable Sock" is the stuff you're after.

You should be able to pick it up from most boat shops

I used to buy it from a wholesaler: www.bla.com.au their dealers should be listed on the site.

It is also used extensivly in the Audio Visual industry and can be purchase from http://au.farnell.com and a few other electronics stores.
