hi guy's what's the best brand uni's tto get i have a lj wit 6cyl yokes
do you guys have any recommended brand? or are they all much of a muchness?

the ones i got are from repco, but theyre hardy spicer brand, the old guy there reckoned they are the best. cost me $60 for one so theyd wanna be!

Buy the ones that have the grease nipple in the corner/body of the T, not the ones that have the nipple on the end of the uni, u cant go wrong.

REPCO (Rip Every Poor C#@t Off) You should be able to get a uni joint from a bearing service for $35-$40

Was advised that Hardy Spicer are the best. That's what's in Ol' Yella.

Just about anywhere. As suggested above, Repco sell them. Think I bought mine from the Diff Doctor (i.e. a diff or transmission place).

almost right...
Should be the other way round!
You want the uni with either no grease nipple at all, or the one with the nipple in the end of the joint.
The uni's with the nipple in the thru trunion are hollow to allow the grease to reach out to the ends, that is why they break!
For what it is worth I don't have any uni joint issues either and mine are 6 cyl ones!
but I do life them at 50 hours and then replace them.
