I am looking to get some new keys cut for my LC. I am chasing an ignition key, an octagon key head type. All keys I see are GM blanks however the originals are GMH, made by Briggs & Stratton Henry Lane PTY LTD. Originals are just a hole for the key ring with the 4 digit key code still intact but the GM aftermarket ones have it punched out.
I know I am being fussy but does anyone know if the gmh octagonal blanks are available?

Do you have a photo of an original? I have a key which I thought came from an HT, but it only has GM on it. It came with a set of locks I bought in Bendigo. I can get blank replacements identical to it, nickel plated as well, from a supplier in the US. The insert is not punched out. However, if they had GMH on them, then I can't help.

Hi Neil,
unfortunately you won't be able to get the Original GMH Keys unless you try some old school key cutters/ Locksmiths.

cheers

Mick

I bought a pair of these. As you rightly point out, they are not correct for Holdens. But, given the knock out is in place, I was happy to get them as spares

And they fit perfectly.
