I am after the distance between the centre of bonnet washer jet hole to lip of HB bonnet (windscreen end) why on earth would I want to know this ?
I have a 4 banger LC and through sheer luck I have been able to buy a NOS bonnet spear. When fitted the spear is approx 1 cm too long on the bonnet and covers the washer jet hole.
I am guessing that the location of the factory stamped hole for the washer jet is different on HB and 4 banger LC / TA ?

What is the part number of the hood ornament you bought?
The part number listed in 'LC Torana accessories' November 1969 is 7437575.

Just found the HB part number for the hood ornament. It is the same as for the LC Torana.
The hood ornament you bought will probably be HK, T, G or EJ, EH or HD, HR or suit all Holden from EJ - HG.

The part number for the HB Torana hood ornament is 7437575. The same as for LC Torana.
