They aren't GTS rims, called Rally Rims.
GMH only used 2 types, both 14x6, the first a Canadian made Pontiac rim and the second made locally by ROH with a slightly different offset. GMH also made another one with another offset for L34 and then I think ROH made the same thing for A9X.
In the USA and Canada there were other variants like 14x7, 15x6 and 15x7, I don't think there were ever any 8" versions, plenty of 14 and 15 inch wider varieties have been made here by the aftermarket. The US aftermarket have other versions too.
I van't explain that rim stamping. Unless someone has stamped it themselves?

They aren't a rally rim. Rally rims were available as an option on all HQ to WB where they weren't standard except cab-chassis, HX LE and maybe Caprice and possibly WB Deville packs that were standard with 15x7. They were steel like the first post in this thead then changed to alloy mid 1978 (also standard on HZ SL/E). The polycast PE1 14x7 was only available on HJ to HZ sedan and coupe.Don't forget the honeycomb type rims available on the HJ Monaro and HX Monaro and HZGTS.
Those are dated 1974 so a lot more than 20 years! Thanks Byron. Theres a dude on book saying
all roh rims came like this 20 yr ago .lol
