changing backspace

Hi , hope someone can advise.
I need to change the offset on a pair of interceptor rims so i can fit them with max rubber to my shortened diff. They are standard commy offset and have to be moved in by about 3 inches to suit my needs. can anyone recommend where to go in melbourne and what kind of price would i be looking at?
