my name is ryan, i just bought a set of 14/265/55 (10 inch) tyres for my rana, i got told that they are illegal, but i see toranas all the time with them on? So how do you get arround it, Can you get them engineered? thanks

gday mate,
i got 14 x 10 hotwires on the back of my LX, with yokohama 265/50/14's and the engineer passed them no worries.
at the same time, he did say the reason he was happy to pass them was partly due to the 9 inch diff and the big brakes...
