Iv'e used about 3 sets of the Crane lifters in my engines, last one was 326" and was spun to 8100RPM, never had a lifter trouble, only changed then due to a mark in a lifter bore and putting a different cam in. Current engine is Dash 3's with more Crane lifters (not the ultra pro), and a lot bigger solid roller, Crane, less RPM this time, maybe 7600 (363'). Both cams are about 0.700" lift measured at the valve.

Personally, I think regular oil changes with good oil and more importantly GOOD valve springs, both engines have had Isky springs, the first had the Green Stripes and never had an trouble with over some 10 years of service both on the street and at the track (local 1/8 mile) and the current engine has Silver Stripes and I'm expecting long service from the lifters even with a good bit more cam.

I know someone had the Isky EZ-Roll (bushed wheel) listed for a Holden, but think they were assembling them themselves from Pontiac Body's and a different Link Bar.

I think one of the Dragweek vids on youtube a few years back had a guy changing out an EZ-Roll that wasn't rolling any more, but you can break anything if you try hard enough.

I don't honestly remember, was a lil while ago now when the EZ-Roll was kind of new, I kind of think it might have been High Performance World.

A figure of $1600 or so comes to mind.

Worth a call I guess, might get lucky.

I always use Crane, they have updated their regular solid roller lifters with pressure fed wheels etc - so now the wheels & oiling are the same as the ultra pro, just the body is different (but still plenty good for most applications).

If its going to see street time and idling, you need ones with oil paths to the needle rollers or those new extreme bushed ones. I use the Comp Cams Extreme lifters with 250 lb seat pressure, no problems so far.

My first set of Crane's had the pressure fed oiling for the wheels, did about 5000Km of street duty, highway Km's and some (lots of) racing with a COME solid roller similar to a Crane 288 with lots more lift about .700", did the usual pull em out wash em up and check the wheels for smoothness and found them to be as smooth as when they went in after that I didn't see any need to change. Same as above about 250lb seated and 450lb on the nose, new cam is similar 250lb seated and 550lb on the nose.
