I went looking for these a year or so ago and the local bearing wholesaler found 2 off the measurement of the shaft and housing.
TC-NBR is the number on the packaging along with the dimensions: 0.562 x 0.860 x 0.156 in.
At the time he said they were the only 2 left within the company.
I think the biggest challenge you'll find is keeping oil in these buggers! I have found it near impossible to get the original clamps over the aftermarket concertina tie rod boots. These boots come with zip clips/loom ties which won't tighten up enough.
I've been using grease.

Very helpful information.
Gives me a good start now. I'll do the ring around and see what I can find.

I rang all the locals shops very recently when chasing a similar seal for my UC rack.
The advice I got was LH-LX-UC ones are apparently discontinued.
Long story short is some rebuilders can't be bothered sourcing a $5.00 seal and work on the principle the grease will never leak out like the original oil.
Hopefully you can find the seal for the LJ, as it's definitely worth replacing even if just to keep water picked up off the road from entering the shaft at that point.

Originally the concertina boot failed and the oil leaked out.
The top seal is hardly ever the problem, it is higher than the recommended oil level.
